Darryl Adams, Managing Director

Darryl Adams is a visionary leader and technology innovator. As the founder of Access Insights and former Director of Accessibility at Intel, Darryl brings nearly three decades of leadership experience shaping inclusive innovation strategies at the highest levels of the tech industry.

Legally blind and partially deaf, Darryl's lived experience fuels his commitment to equity in emerging technologies. At Intel, he led the company's accessibility programs across product, workforce & industry collaboration initiatives.

Today, Darryl partners with companies and industry groups to build more inclusive products, guide ethical AI deployment, and advocate for people with disabilities in the future of work.
